Design Implementation

It is our belief that landscape design should both enhance and enrich the aesthetic value of a property as well as provide lasting utility. One major factor which sets us apart from many architectural or design firms is our extensive 30 years of experience in the landscape maintenance segment of landscaping. It is due to this experience that we move forward with a design which encompasses these objectives.

The design process commences with an initial consultation, the purpose of which is to incorporate our client's input into the design process and ascertain their eventual goal for their property. Upon attaining an understanding of our clients desires, we then work up a design and proposal/cost estimate which would reflect not only the original goals, but also exhibits our expertise in maximizing the potential for the area requested. Final, detailed drawings will then be presented prior to the signing of an installation contract.

Giatas Landscaping, Inc. can design or design and landscape a property from a totally undeveloped parcel of land. We can also redo an existing mature site, a recently built homesite, or can build upon an existing usable design. Incorporated into the design process are such considerations for:
